RESOLUTION NO. 2005-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION, RECOMMENDING CITY COUNCIL AND KENAI
PENINSULA BOROUGH APPROVAL OF THE LOT 1, BLOCK 6,
SEWARD SMALL BOAT HARBOR SUBDIVISION, SLIVER REPLAT,
DATE DRAWN 10/9/2004, AS SUBMITTED BY SEGESSER SURVEYS
WHEREAS, the pr erty is served by existing public utilities and developed streets, and
therefore meets all of the requirements of the Seward Subdivision Code; and
