Mr. Darryl Schaefermeyer
City of Seward

Dear Darryl:
As of our conversation in your office on June 12, Seward
CableVision is willing to perform routine adjustments and
preventive maintenance on the downlink receiving equipment which
operates WGN (7) and the state channel (3), as a public service to
the city of Seward.
Downlink receiving equipment consists of the following items: low
noise amplifiers, parabolic antenna, satellite receiver,
modulators, and inner connecting cables.
Due to the fact that we have no experience with the maintenance of
translators, they will not be included in this understanding.
Work other than routine adjustments and maintenance will be
performed on a time and materials basis. Seward CableVision will
advise the city and will estimate the cost of repairs.
In the event that both Seward CableVision facilities and the city's
facilities require simultaneous maintenance, Seward CableVision
will complete required maintenance of their facilities first.
Seward CableVision will not assume liscensing responsibility or
maintain F.C.C. records or performance logs.
If Seward CableVision wishes to discontinue this understanding, the
city will be notified within 60 days prior to the termination of
its services.
