RESOLUTION NO. 82-7]
A RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY OF SEWARD RESOLUTION NO. 82-43
IDENTIFYING THE CAPITAL PROJECTS AND THE AMOUNT ALLOCATED
TO EACH PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH HCS CSSB 168 (FINANCE)
1981 SESSION
WHEREAS, HCS CSSB 168 (FINANCE) 1981 requires a resolution to
identify projects and the amounts of money allocated to each project, as
well as the total entitlement for the City; and
WHEREAS, the City is entitled to receive $535 for each of the
1,843 people residing within the City boundaries for a total of
$986,000; and

WHEREAS, on June 14, 1982, the Seward City Council approved
Resolution 82-43 appropriating funds to various local projects; and
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council wishes to amend those
appropriations as cited in Resolution No. 82-43 by reducing the
appropriation for the Seventh Avenue Greenbelt by $10,000; and adding
$10,000 for the Public Restrooms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, THAT:
Section 1. The $986,005 received under the State Assistance
for Municipalities Program for the year 1981-82, is proposed to be
expended as follows:
1981 Street Paving Improvements
Seventh Avenue Greenbelt
Outdoor Sports Center
Public Restrooms
Business District Trash Receptacles
Small Boat Harbor Fish Cleaning Rack
Sidewalk Repairs
Harbormaster's Office Renovation
