RESOLUTION NO. R?-RL.
A RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY OF SEWARD RESOLUTION NO. 82-7l
IDENTIFYING THE CAPITAL PROJECTS AND THE AMOUNT ALLOCATED
TO EACH PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH HC CSSB l68 (FINANCE)
1981 SESSION
WHEREAS, HCS CSSB l68 (FINANCE) 1981 requires a resolution to identify
projects and the amounts of money allocated to each proj ect, as well as the
total entitlement for the City; and
WHEREAS, the City is entitled to receive $535 for each of the 1,843
people residing within the City boundaries for a total of $986,000; and
WHEREAS, on September 27, 1982, the Seward City Council approved
Resolution 82-43 appropriating funds to various local projects; and
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council wishes to amend those appropriations
as cited in Resolution No. 82-7l by reducing the appropriation for the Seventh
Avenue Greenbelt by $18,237.42; reducing the appropriation for the Public
Restrooms by $2,927.01; adding $20,168.10 for the Harbormaster's Office
Renovation; and adding $966.33 for the Small Boat Harbor Fish Cleaning Rack.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, THAT:
