1. Ordinance 2003-03, rescinding ordinance 2002-14, which amended Seward City code
section 8.30.25(c)(1) by increasing the annual business license fees for persons providing
fishing charter services, and restate and reenact Seward City code section 8.30.25(c)(1) as it

1. Resolution 2003-28, authorizing the Acting City Manager to enter into a
settlement agreement with Swalling Construction Company Incorporated (SCCI) for $45,000
and appropriating that amount from the harbor enterprise fund retained earnings
