Review of a proposed Zoning Code amendment to allow multi-family dwellings
(apartments) for students and faculty in the Institutional Zoning District.
Currently, the Zoning Code does not allow multi-family housing in the
Institutional Zoning District. (This item was tabled at the June 2, 1999
commission meeting and is being reintroduced as new business.)
