Review of a proposed Zoning Code amendment relating to code abatement
notification, conflicting code provisions, definitions, parking and harbor building
height development requirements.
B.
Preliminary Plat Review of Seward Original Townsite, Huss Replat. This plat is a
vacation of the interior lot lines of Lots 21, 22 and 23, Block 23, Seward Original
Townsite, located at the northeast corner of 4th Avenue and Jefferson St)
C.
Review of a Request for a Variance on Lot 21, Block 23, Seward Original Townsite
to allow replacement of deck on existing building within the side yard setback
adjacent to street.
D.
Preliminary Plat Review Alaska Tideland Survey 1574 Replat of Tract A into Tracts
Al and A2 (located on the east side of Resurrection Bay, below Nash Road) [this

Corporation to refurbish and upgrade the existing railroad dock and construct a new 4 (,
200' x 620' cargo dock [this item added after the agenda was publicly noticed in

Notice expiration date which prior to the next Commission meeting]
