B. Resolution 2001-10, granting a Conditional Use Permit to Michael Cluff to develop a Multi-Unit Retail Center within the Auto Commercial Zoning District on a portion of Alaska Railroad Right-of Way and Lot 1, Block 2, North Harbor Subdivision located at the northeast comer of the Seward Highway and Port Avenue. 8.
