Seward Townsite Cliff Addition, and waiving the provisions of
Chapter 7.05 of the Seward City Code with respect to such convey-

C. Resolution No. 94-015, authorizing the trade of Lot 7, Block 10,
Federal Addition, to Michael J. and Mary Jane Meehan in return for
