SCC Land Uses Allowed, Table §15.10.225. The applicant has the required State of Alaska, Beverage Dispensary Tourism license. The owner of the Hotel Edgewater provides a linage area within the hotel known as "The Tansy Cove." This lounge busiscss was operating without a conditional use permit daring 2007. The nonconforming use was discovered by the City during a recent business license application process.
