RESOLUTION OF THE PORT AND COMMERCE ADVISORY
BOARD, TO DELIVER PERIODIC REPORTS TO CITY
COUNCIL ON A BASIS
WHEREAS, PACAB twice a month for a regular meeting and a work session;
and
WHEREAS, PACAB comprises of volunteer members who commit their time
and efforts to the betterment of the community of Seward; and
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council has no requirements for scheduled
PACAB reports at City Council meetings other than a January annual report; and
WHEREAS, PACAB members and the Seward City Council would benefit from
a system where scheduled reports were given on a consistent basis.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Port & Commerce Advisory Board
