Council Rules Of Procedures To Be Consistent With Past Changes.
*2. Resolution 2009-079, Changing Rule 2 Of The City Council Rules Of Procedures To
Reflect A Change In The Meeting And Adjournment Times For City Council Regular
Meetings.
3. Resolution 2009-080, Amending Rule 16 To Reflect Changes To The Evaluation
Process For The City Manager, City Attorney And City Clerk.
*4. Resolution 2009-081,Authorizing A No-Fault Settlement With Polar Equipment,
Inc. In The Amount Of $27,865.32 Relating To An Electric Power Claim, And
Appropriating Funds.
5. Resolution 2009-082, Increasing The Budget For Contracted Services For Water
