Hello Dwayne,
Thank you for the email. We would like to request the extension. There are no changes to our plans
at this time and we have not been able to move forward with this project from the approval of our
CUP. Please let me know if there are any other questions that should arise.

Hello Randy and Jennifer,
I just wanted to send along a reminder that it would be a good time to request an extension of your Conditional
Use Permit. Please see the Code citation below:
Per Seward City Code §15.10.325.F. an approved CUP shall lapse six months from the date of approval if
the use for which the permit was issued has not been implemented or a building permit obtained. The
Commission may grant a six month extension upon finding that circumstances have not changed
sufficiently since the date of initial permit approval.
Just make the request via email and I will get it on the November Planning and Zoning Commission agenda.
