RESOLUTION 2016-048
When I think of Seward I think of how it's almost completely surrounded
by mountains, hence the triangle. Alaska is thought of to be snowy and
cold so that's why there's the white. And the blue represents the sky
and the color of the Alaska flag along with the star.
