C. We would like to obtain the opinion of the City Council on the following questions:
1. What would you like the healthcare system in Seward to look like in 10 years?

2. Should we pursue the renewal of the CHC HRSA grant as a co -applicant of the City or as
a single entity? (White paper under development)

4. The SCHC is currently operating under a month -to -month lease of our clinic space

achieve this?
