CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 80-38
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE
ALASKA STATE GRANT FOR GENERAL REPAIRS AND
RENOVATION OF SEWARD GENERAL HOSPITAL
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council feels that it is
in the public's interest to accept the grant from the Legis-
lature of the State of Alaska for general repairs and reno-
vation of Seward General Hospital, in the amount of $140,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the necessary documents to accept the grant
in accordance with the requirements of AS37.05.3l5 and the
Department of Administration.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage and adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, this 23rd day of June, 1980.
