For Lot 4C Block 7 In The Fourth Of July Creek Subdivision Of The Seward Marine Industrial Center, Kenai Peninsula Borough, Plat No. 2015-14 Seward Recording District, Third Judicial District, State Of Alaska. 2. Resolution 20-045, Amending The Port And Harbor Tariff To Provide Automatic Change From Transient Daily Rate To A Rate Equal To 15 Days Transient Moorage For A 30 Day Period. 8. NEW BUSINESS A. Resolutions *1. Resolution 2020-046, Extending The City's Current State Of Emergency In Response To The Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak, And Requesting State And Federal Relief Assistance. *2.Resolution 2020-047, Authorizing The City Manager To Approve An Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement Between The State Of Alaska Department Of Natural Resources (DNR) Division Of Forestry And The City Of Seward For Fire Protection.
