All-
Thanks Scott for making sure we have testing numbers that come back today for our meeting tonight. I wanted to make
sure that Council and Staff have the two motions in writing as a laydown I plan to make at the meeting tonight;
Motion 1 (strike through for removal)
Council Emergency Regulation No. 3: All City-owned campgrounds shall be closed for recreational
camping purposes. City will not take additional reservations or campers and will coordinate with current campers to
depart at the end of the paid stay without renewal. City-owned campgrounds may remain open for use by essepAial
workers and^r:fienr ;„fiastt- e^ ur- employees. as defined in State of Alaska Publie Heakh Mand
Motion 2 (addition underlined and strike through for removal)
Council Emergency Regulation No. 5: All eating and drinking establishments, including restaurants, bars,
ice cream and specialty food shops, all retail stores, and all tours and charters, including sightseeing and ecotourism
operations, and all places of worship shall limit indoor seating capacity to ten people or no more than 50% of
maximum capacity, whichever is greater. Ne establislHneFA shall sen,e mere than 60 perseiis indeeFs at one time
regardless of maxim-um eapaoity.
I'll provide my reasons of support at the meeting this evening, but wanted to make sure Council has these to
