RESOLUTION NO. 165
A RESOLUTION CREATING A SNAU BOAT B.ARBOR ADVISORY CONHITTEE:
BE IT RESOLVED that a Small Boat Harbor Advisory Collllllitt ee consisting of
Six Members shall be created, to advise the City Manager and Council of
matters pertaining to the improvement or operation of the Small Boat
Harbor;
That said Colllllli ttee to be appointed by the Council from a list of nomina-
tions of citizens of Seward who are interested in Seward and the Small
Boat Harbor;
That nominations be made by the l>!anager, the Council, interested civic
organizations or individuals; that original appointments shall be two
for one year, two for two years and two members for three years and there-
after for three year terms or to fill vacancies for unexpired terms.
An emergency is hereby declared to exist and the rules governing the pass-
age of ordinances and resolutions are hereby suspended and this Resolution
is herer,:" given irrunediate effect upon its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 2nd day of September, 1960.
