RESOLUTION NO. 195
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Parking Regulation No. 3 dated
January 19, 1961 ..tabliaMd. by the Chief of Police under
Section 8.101of the Seward General Code or Ordinances be
approved; and the Clerk is hereby instructed to publish said
Parking Regulation No. 3 as required by Section 8.101 of the
Code and by such publication said Parking Regulation to be
effective immediately.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 20th day of January 1961.

of Official Notice of adoption of Resolution No. 195 and
Parking Regulation No. :3 in af;.he Petticoat Gazette of January
26, 1961, said Kotice oontaining Regulation No. :3 in full and
citing the erfective <late, in accordance with Section 8.101 of
the Code or Ordinanoes.
Further to the requirelRent of the Code of Ordinances, said
Official Notice was requested for publication by the local
Radio Station and Wall posted on the Bulletin Board at City Hall
on January 25, 1961, 1961. Posting location included in the
Official Notice.
