RESOLUTION NO. 257
BE IT RESOLVED that The Common Council of the City of Seward
shall sit as a Board of Equalization in connection with the 1961-62
real and personal property tax roll for the purposes set forth in
Section 7.105 of the Seward General Code of Ordinances commencing
at 8 P.K. April 24. 1962 and to continue until all persons who have
filed petitions, in connection with the 1961-62 tax assessment roll
as provided in Section 7.105 of the Code, with the Board at the Office
of the City Assessor on or before April 23, 1962, shall have been
heard and/or the tax assessment roll for the year 1961-62 has been
equalized.
This Resolution confirms and ratifies the action taken by
the Council by motion at the regular March 19. 1962 meeting recon-
vened March 23. 1962.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved by The Common Council of the City of
Seward. Alaska, this 23rd day of April, 1962.
