WHEREAS, by a certain Iastrume.t dated 27th December 1948,
RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 259
recorded 4th January 1949 in VolUJ18 14 of DEEDS at page 118, the
City of Seward, Alaska conveyed certain real property to WILLIAM
WAGNER, described as:
Lots 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30

WHEREAS said iD.strUII.ent of conveyance coataiaed a provision
reading as follows:
It. . . should the se lots ever cease to be
used for broadcasting statioA by the grantee,
then said lots shall revert back to the City
of Seward without further notice."
NCWT, THEREFORE, it satisfactorily appearing to the Cammon
Council of the City of Seward, Alaska that said Broadcasting Sta-
tion is well established, locally owned and operated, aId that
the best interests of all concerned will be promoted ~1 removal
of the foregoing clause of reversion contailLed ill. the b.strUllellt
aforesaid:
RESOLVED, the. t the reverter clause contailled in the deed from
the City of Seward, Alaska to William Wagner, recorded 4th J anuaryj
1949 in Vol. 14 Deeds at page 118, be and the same hereby is re-
aoved, stricken, withdrawn ud of 110 egfect.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the Common Council of the City of
Seward, Alaska, this 23rd day of April, 1962.
