a. Nominate, elect, and swear in a council member as Vice Mayor with a term to expire
October, 2023.
b. Appoint a liaison to the Seward Community Health Center with a term to expire October,
2023.
c. Appoint a council representative to the Kenai Peninsula Economic Development District
with a term of January 1 —December 31, 2023; this person also serves as the liaison to
the Port & Commerce Advisory Board with a term to expire October, 2023, unless
council chooses to make a separate appointment for the PACAB liaison.
d. Appoint a liaison to the Planning & Zoning Commission with a term to expire October,
2023.
e. Direct the boards and commissions to provide reports to council.
