RESOLUTION NO. 377
WHEREAS, it is desirable that the small boat harbor be redredged
at Seward, Alaska.
BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Seward furnish without cost to
the United States, necessary lands, easements and rights of way
and spoil-disposal areas both for lnew work and subsequent main-
tenance, either by way of fee simple title or temporary or
permanent easements; and
BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Seward provide for maintenance
without cost to the United States necessary mooring facilities
and utilities, including a public landing with suitable supply
facilities open to all on equal terms; and
BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Seward agree to hold and save
the United States, its contractors, agents or employees, free
from claims for damages due to construction and maintenance
of this project.
ADOPTED by the City Council for the City of Seward, Seward,
Alaska, this 4th day of May, 1964.
