introduced on November 28, 2022 and was postponed in order to have a joint special meeting
with the Planning & Zoning Commission to further analyze and discuss the details of this

Committee of the Whole to discuss this ordinance, then the ordinance will come back to council
at its regular meeting following the joint special meeting for a second public hearing and
