Working on some code amendments for Administration: Construction Site
Camping, 41" of July Overflow Camping on City Property
Ordinance and Zoning Map Audit to bring map up to date

➢ Working on Open Gov planning with City Clerk
Developing GIS proposal plan from the Flo Analytics GIS Audit

o Hemlock Subdivision: Concepts, Replat, and Rezone
o Utility Development Priorities / Plans
Jesse Lee Property Update — ADEC has given us a workplan for clean-up and
we have forwarded that onto the engineers and contractor for estimates. There
were a few more detail clean ups that we had to get the engineers information
on. The final plan with estimates should be completed by the end of the month.
Continuing to work on the Fort Raymond Property Chugachmiut Replat as it goes
through the Borough platting process
Specific Planning Work:
Ongoing: working with people in the community to answer questions about their
property — uses allowed, setbacks, processes, etc.
➢ Working with businesses on plans before submittal
➢ Business Licenses — many being reviewed (busy because of new year)
➢ Building Permits — 0 reviewed
➢ CUP Applications — 1 being prepped for April 5 PZ meeting
➢ Variance Applications — 0 prepped for PZ meeting
➢ Replat Applications — 1 being prepped for the April 5 PZ meeting
➢ DRP Applications — 0 application being prepped
