RESOLUTION NO. 480
BE IT RESOLVED that the AGRE~~ENT dated the 28th day of
December, 1965 between the STATE OF ALASKA, DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC ;~RKS and THE CITY OF SENARD covering the
occupancy and operation of the new State Court and City
Hall Office Building in Seward, Alaska, said Agreement
to be effective December 28, 1965 and automatically re-
newable on an annual basis with provision for termination,
be and is hereby approved and authorized and the City
Manager and City Clerk-Treasurer are hereby instructed
to execute and deliver said Agreement.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved by The
Common Council of The City of Seward, Alaska this 28th
day of December, 1965.
