and Title 11, Paid Parking, to Clarify Day Use Areas, Campgrounds, and Other Reservable Areas are Subject to
Parking Enforcement

Resolution 2025-024: Authorizing the City Manager to Purchase Construction Material for the Electric Department
for the Nash Road Phase II Project
Resolution 2025-025: Declaring Its Official Intent to Reimburse City Funds Used for the Acquisition, Construction
and Equipping of Certain Electric Transmission System Capital Improvements from Proceeds of One or More

Resolution 2025-026: Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Service Agreement with Premier Construction

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seward City Council will conduct public hearings on the following items
of business at a regular meeting on Monday, March 24, 2025:

Paid Parking, to Clarify Day Use Areas, Campgrounds, and Other Reservable Areas are Subject to Parking
Enforcement

BOARDS, COMMISSIONS & CITY REPRESENTATIVE VACANCIES
Port & Commerce Advisory Board (PACAB)
City Council is seeking applications from those interested in serving on PACAB. There is one seat available for a
resident inside city limits with a term expiring in July 2026. PACAB meets on the third Wednesday of each month
at noon. There are no PACAB meetings during the months of June, July, and August.
Application forms are available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the city website at www.cityofseward.us.
Completed application forms must be filed with the City Clerk.
