Amendment #1:
Add a letter C to the Substitute Resolution under 15.10.215, which
states, Single-family homes on lots greater than 3,000 square feet
are required to provide 2 parking spaces per dwelling unit.
Amendment #2:
Add a letter D to the Substitute Resolution under 15.10.215, which
states, Duplexes and multi -family dwellings are required to provide
1 parking space per dwelling unit.
Amendment #3:
Strike Letter "M" - Location on Property (pg 71 of packet, or pg 18 of
