ADJOURNMENT UPCOMING MEETINGS City Council Regular Meeting Monday, March 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. City Council Chambers PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seward City Council will conduct public hearings on the following items of business at a regular meeting on Monday, March 9, 2026: Ordinance 2026-003: Amending Seward City Code §15.10.140 Definitions and §15.10.226 Land Uses Allowed to Incorporate Regulations for a Mobile Health Unit [Sponsored by P&Z] Public hearing documents are available for review at the City Hall. The public hearing will be held during the meetings in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 410 Adams Street. All interested persons are invited to attend the meetings and participate in the discussion. City of Seward - Council Calendar Page 3 of 3 Posted on March 4, 2026, at City Hall, Post Office, Harbormaster, Seward Community Library, and online at www.cityofseward.us BOARDS & COMMISSIONS VACANCIES Historic Preservation Commission City Council is seeking applications from those interested in serving on the Historic Preservation Commission. The commission meets four times a year, typically on a designated Thursday in January, May, September, and November. There is one seat available on the commission with a term set to expire May 2028. At least four seats shall be filled by residents inside Seward city limits. If there are no city residents applying, council may consider filling the seats with non-residents. Application forms are available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City Council Meetings webpage.
