DEFINITION
A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) allows a property owner to use land in a way not typically
permitted outright within a zoning district.
HOW IT WORKS
CUPS are reviewed and approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission to ensure
compatibility with neighboring properties and alignment with City goals and regulations.
DEVELOPMENT TRENDS

PERFORMANCE
