HOW IT WORKS CUPS are reviewed and approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission to ensure compatibility with neighboring properties and alignment with City goals and regulations. DEVELOPMENT TRENDS Monitor growth patterns and land use changes across Seward's zoning districts. PERFORMANCE Evaluate whether approved CUPs are meeting their intended purpose long-term. ZONING UPDATES Identify areas where current zoning may need revision based on CUP activity. TRANSPARENCY Support informed decision -making for the Comprehensive Plan and Title 15 updates.
