5. APPELLANTS’ ARGUMENTS (40 minutes maximum)
Each Appellant has up to 10 minutes for their oral presentation unless the Appellants
agree on a different time allocation between them. One or more Appellant may reserve
time for rebuttal.

Sample motion: Move the Board of Adjustment into executive session to deliberate and
preparing findings of fact and conclusions of law with the Municipal Attorney. AS
44.62.310(d)(1).
The Board of Adjustment has approximately 30 days after the hearing to issue a written
decision. SCC 15.10.430.
