HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes1972-859 r RESOLUTION NO. 859 BHEREAS, the c~ning of Spring uncovers a great deal of trash end debris which has acc~Ttulated over the previous Winter, and v'HEREAS, this trash and debris is unsightly and should be removed, NOW, YtiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Month of June is designated as Clean-Up, Paint-Up) Fix-Up Month in Seward and all residents ere urged to wage an active campaign at home and at work against the trash, debris and litter which is present within the ccrrmunity, and BE IT FL~THER RESOLVED that special attention be given to those areas in (Jur conm:unity 't-lhich are littered, cluttered with junked automohiles or left in an unsafe condition which invites the spread of blight within our community.
