ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF THE MINUTES OF
RESOLUTION NO. 875
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager's Municipal Budget for the 1973-
74 Fiscal Year, including the letter of presentation which is a part
thereof, and containing estimated revenues and expenditures as follows,
BE ADOPTED, and that the money needed therefor is hereby appropriated:
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the total assessed valuation assessed by
the Borough Assessor, any supplemental assessment rolls for said period
which may be certified by the Borough Assessor at a future date, shall
be the basis for computing estimated revenues of the City of Seward.

AND BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that the rate of levy on the 1973 real and
personal property tax rolls shall be and is hereby levied at the rate
of twenty (20) mills per dollar of assessed valuation, except that the
rate of levy on boats and vessels shall be and is hereby levied at the
rate of Five ($5.00) dollars each and a boat or vessel of less than
five (5) net registered or certificated tons and at the rate of Fifteen
($15.00) dollars each on a boat or vessel of more than five (5) net
registered or certified tons.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of its passage and
approval.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska,
