RESOLUTION 2001-158
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, APPROVING AMENDMENT 13 TO THE CONTRACT WITH
KENT DAWSON COMPANY, INe. FOR STATE LOBBYING SERVICES
THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2002
WHEREAS, the City of Seward has employed Kent Dawson as our state lobbyist since 1980;
and
WHEREAS, this contract has been extended each year since; and
WHEREAS, the contract expires December 31, 200 I.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment 13 to the contract with Kent
Dawson Company, Inc., continuing state lobbying services through December 31, 2002.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, this 19th
day of November, 2001.
