HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes1996-107 , , , Sponsored by: Mw:phy CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA RESOLUTION NO. 96-107 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE CITY'S GENERAL SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES WHEREAS, City of Seward Ordinance No. 642 provides for the setting offees to provide copies of public documents by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 94-019, setting the rates and charges, was approved on February 14, 1994; and WHEREAS, there have been several changes in city structure and increased supply costs necessitating amendments to the fee schedule; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that: Section 1. The Schedule of Fees and Charges, attached and incorporated herein as Attachment A, is hereby adopted. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 26th day of August, 1996.
