CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA RESOLUTION NO. 93-082 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ADOPTING THE CAPITAL BUDGET PLAN FOR THREE FISCAL YEARS BEGINNING JULY I, 1993 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that: Section 1. The city Capital Budget Plan for the three fiscal years beginning July 1, 1993, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is HEREBY ADOPTED. Section 2. The Capital Budget Plan for the three fiscal years shall be charged interest on debt owed to General Fund at a rate equal to and adjusted monthly in accordance with the rate set forth in the Bond Buyer Index for Twenty Year General Obligation Bonds. Section 3. The sum of $104,758 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund Fund Balance, Account No. 101-3070, to the Capital Acquisition Fund, Account No. 103- 3070. . Section 4.
