CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 93-138
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ACCEPTING REVENUE SHARING MONIES
FOR HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Alaska Revenue Sharing Program provides operating funds to
qualified municipalities each fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, funds are provided under the tax equalization program as well as for
miscellaneous service programs; and
WHEREAS, the city is obligated to expend that portion of revenue sharing funds
received under the health services programs for health care services; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. Revenue Sharing Funds for Health Care Facilities and Services totalling
$177,927.00 are hereby accepted.
Section 2. The sum of $177,927.00 is hereby appropriated for allocation to health
care facilities within the city of Seward as follows:

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
27th day of September, 1993.
