weeks of "notice-to-proceed". I do understand flat l<eifl wi" be gone from approximately fle 9fl of
January to about the 14th of January, so If the ay.'lU'd takes place early enough in January to aDow meeting
with Keith before he leaves that 2 week estimate is good. If the award and "notlce-to-proceed" are delayed
at all, I would have to put off fle meeting with him until he returns, which could put the presentation of the
final documents back approximately week.
As. part of my proposal, I would present 10 the City a 24" x 36" drawing showing my recommended master
plan for the proposed new Hospital, the proposed new COnic, the existing Hospital building and Wesleyan

grades (existing and proposed as necessary), parking & landscape areas, access (both vehicular and
pedestrian), conceptual utility Information, and other site amenities as required. I also shall present a short

can see, I do also have some experience working with hospitals and medical-related facUitles. Larger facility
designs that required extensive masterplannlng include most of the shopping centers I designed, several
of the larger churches I designed, the education facilities I designed and many of the Industrlalmanutact-
