Sponsored by: Schaefermeyer CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA RESOLUTION NO. 90-059 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ADOPTING THE ANNUAL CAPITAL BUDGET PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991 WHEREAS, the city manager has prepared a schedule of capital budget items for Fiscal Year 1991; and WHEREAS, public hearings have been held on the proposed annual capital budget plan on May 14, 29, and June 11, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council met in work sessions to review the proposed capital budget plan on May 23 and June 4, 1990; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that: Section 1. The Fiscal Year 1991 Capital Budget plan, attached and incorporated herein by reference, is HEREBY ADOPTED. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect on July 1, 1990.
