HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes1991-002 Sponsored by Schaefermever CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 91-002 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO KERRY T. AND SUN OK MARTIN FOR A BED AND BREAKFAST ON LOT 15, BLOCK 2, JESSE LEE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 15.10.320 OF THE CITY CODE WHEREAS, Kerry T. and Sun Ok Martin have requested a Condi- tional Use Permit for a Bed and Breakfast on Lot 15, Block 2, Jesse Lee Heights SUbdivision; and WHEREAS, an application meeting the requirements of Section 15.10.320 B. of the City Code was submitted and received on April 14, 1991; and WHEREAS, the subject property is located in a Single Family Residential District; and WHEREAS, a duly advertised public hearing, as required by Section 15.01.040 of the City Code, was conducted by the Commission on May 1, 1991; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission that: Section 1. The Commission finds that the applicant has met all of the conditions set forth in Section 15.10.320 D. of the Seward City Code. Section 2. The City Clerk is authorized to issue a Condition- al Use Permit to Kerry T. and Sun Ok Martin to operate a Bed and Breakfast at their residence located on Lot 15, Block 1, Jesse Lee Heights Subdivision. Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission this 1st day of May, 1991.
