AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI~Y
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, REVISING TITLE 15, PLANNING
AND LAND USE REGULATIONS, PROVIDING FOR L~ITED
TENANT OPERATIONS OF BED & BREAKFA9T

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA HEREBY ORDAINS
that:

Section 1. Seward City Code Secti6n 15.10.225 (B) ( 1)
amended to read as follows: /
The use will be limited to a~l owner-occupied
dwelling which is the owner', principal place
of residence; provided, how~~er, that the sole
tenant of a dwelling may joperate a bed and
breakfast using not morl' than one bed and
breakfast room with the written consent of the
owner. I

Section 2. This ordinanc~shall take effect ten (10) days
following its enactment. I
