CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 663
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, REZONING LOTS 13, 14 & 15;
BLOCK 18, ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF SEWARD
WHEREAS, the owners of Lots 13, 14 & 15; Block 18; Original
Townsite of Seward; have requested that their property be rezoned
from Auto Commercial to Multi-Family Residential in order to
satisfy the requirements of Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to
allow long term financing of their newly constructed residence; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is designated Multi-Family
Residential in the current Land Use Plan of the city; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a
public hearing on the proposed rezone at its regular meeting of
November 6, 1991;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Lots 13, 14 & 15; Block 18, Original Townsite of
Seward; are hereby rezoned from Auto Commercial (AC) to Multi-
Family Residential (R3).
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days
following its enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
this 25th day of November, 1991.
