ORDINANCE NO. 94-25
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCn.. OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING SEWARD CITY CODE
f 15.10.225, LAND USES ALWWED
WHEREAS, the addition of the Urban Residential district to the zoning code necessitates
reference corrections elsewhere in the code; and
WHEREAS, the table of allowed land uses is the heart of the zoning code as it
establishes not only what uses are allowed in each zoning district, but how those uses are
allowed; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the community to review and update the land
uses allowed table to reflect community changes as well as changes in business opportunities;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCn.. OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Seward City Code f 15.IO.225B is hereby amended by adding the designation
DR to the list of residential types.
Section 2. Seward City Code ~ 15.10.225 is hereby amended to incorporate a new and
revised Land Uses Allowed Table ~ 15.10.225, attached and incorporated herein by reference.
Section. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days following its enactment.
