ORDINANCE NO. 404 A
AN ORDINANCE CREATING SECTION 5-97 OF THE SEWARD CODE AND
ESTABLISHING SERVICE FEES FOR THE SEWARD MUNICIPAL SMALL BOAT
HARBOR.
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That Section 5-97, Service Fees, is hereby
created to read as follows:
Section 5-97, Service Fees.
A. Moorage:

B. Services by Harbor Personnel:
1. Services, plus actual costs
of materials and/or equipment;

C. Transient Moorage Alongside Floats:
1. Vessels thirty-two (32') feet and
under, 2nd and subsequent days $ 1.00 per day
2. Vessels thirty-two (32') feet to
sixty-four (64') feet, 2nd and
subsequent days $ 2.00 per day
3. Vessels sixty-four (64') feet to
eighty-five (85') feet, 2nd and
subsequent days $ 3.00 per day
D. Electrical Access Service Fee:
1. Vessels mooring at slips having
access to electrical power shall
be charged a service fee of $3.00
per month if electrical power is
not used.

E. Meter Deposits:
Meter deposits are required for any
patron who desires to connect to the
electrical power system.
Section 2. Effective Date of this Ordinance is July 1, 1975.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Common Council of the City of Seward,
Alaska, this 23 day of June , 1975.
