BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COW1J:~ COUNCIL of the City of Seward, Alaska:

Transient hoats or other boats or vessels not renting
stalls, but berthed at such City Float~ shall pay the minimun rat~
above provided in all cases where such boats or vessels ate moored
at such float five days or longer in anyone calendar month. If
moored less than five days in any one month~ no charge shall be
made"
SECTION 2. It shall be the duty of the masters of all vessels or
the owners of a 11 undocumented boats or .t:iffs entering the small
boat harbor or tieing up to the City F1 oat~ to register with the
Harbormal5ter ~ giving the name or number and net tonnage of such
vessel, or boat, and to report to the Harbormaster upon leaving the
harbor or dock; and it shall be the duty of the Harhonnaster to
keep an accurate lCIIg of the registration of all vessels or boats
using said harbor facilities, snowing the dates of occupancy of
stalls or berths and dates of mooring at float.
SB:'l! ON }.. Every person convicted of violation of any provision
of this ordinance~ or rule or r'O'JUlation adopted or issued in pursuance
thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300,,00, or br
imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or by both such fine and
imprisonment. Each act of violation and every day on which any such
violation shall occur shall constitute a sepn rate offense.
