AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE U!ILITY BOARD FOR THE CI'lY OF
SfNiARD, AlASKA, PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF SECTIONS 1.500,
1.501, 1.502 and 1.503, SEWARD GENERAL CODE
Trill CITY OF SEWARD ORDAINS that Sections 1.SOO, 1.501,
1.502 and 1.503 of the Seward General Cod. creating the Utility
Board for the City of Seward and providinq for the membership
thenof and :related IlIAttere, are hereby repealed.
An emergency i 8 hereby declared to exist and the ruIn
go-verning the passage of ordina.naes are hereby suspended and this
Ordinance is given full force and effect iDmediate1y upon its
passage and approval.
Passed and awroved by the City Council of the City of
Seward, Aluka, this 21st day of March, 1960.
