AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A SCHOOL TAX COLLECTOR FOR
THE TOWN OF ~EWARD, ALASKA,...---- FOR THE YEAR I920.
TOWN OF SEWARD, ALASKA:-
Section I. That pursuant and in aooordance with the require-
ments of Chapter 29 of the Session Laws of the Territory of Alaska for the
year 1919, Entitled, An Act to impose a tax upon Male persons in the Terr-
itory of Alaska for SOhool purposes, providing means for its colleotion,
and declaring anemergenoyj And by virtue of the provisions in .aid Aot
contained,

A resident of said Town of Seward,
and a oitizen of the United States, is hereby appointed and deolared to be
School Tax Col1eotor for the Town of Seward, AJaskaj and, upon the qual1f1-
catioaLof said person, in aocordanoe with Law, all provisions, oonditions
and requirements of said Act shall be oarried out and enforced as by Law
regulated and required.
Section 2. An Emergency is hereby deolared and this Ordinanoe
will take effect from and after its passage and approval.
PASSES UNDER SUSPENSION OF THE RULES, this 15th. Day of March,
A. D. 1930.
