ORDINANCE NO. 132
This Ordinance is missing, and no record of it was made in the Minute Book.
The only r~ference, found in Book 4, page 145, is as follows:
"Ordinance No. 132, was presented and given its first r~ading, two changes
being made at the time of reading. 1st, to include Proprietors in the
Ordinance. 2nd. Striking out the clause perrni ttinr:r the issuance of a full
clearance card not necessary to be renewed. It was moved by Councilman Jones
and seconded by Gilliland that this rRading of Ordinance No. 132 to considered
its first readinr:r and that same be tabled until next meeting; Calling the
Roll; All Councilmen present voting Aye.
This ordinance came up for its third reading on June 7, 1937 and was passed
unanimousl y.
