A meter deposit of ,5.00 is required for this clas-
sification. save and except where. in the event of
an unusual load for such classification of service
the amount of meter deposit may be baaed on energy
used per month.

ixcept for street lighting, the Tovm and its depart-
ments and agencies must pay in cash monthly at the
S8me electric rate schedules offered to the pUblic
for the same class of service.
Sect ion 5: FEJ'>lTIE3 }i'OR i lLUHE TO FY SERVICE C:S',RGE. -- rrhat a
failure on the part of any consumer of electrical energy to :r ay
to the Municipal Electric SYBtem, by the lath day of any month for
service rendered to such consumer for tne preceding month, shall
be sufficient ground for the discontinuing of such service, and
before service she1l ne given such consumer a penalty in the sum
of five (5/;) per centum of the >.illlount unpaid by said consumer shal
be collected; and, further, if for non-payment of amounts due from
sRid consumer, meters have- been removed or disconnection of wires
or lecds had, before re-iristallation of sRid meters or the re-
connection of wires.und leads for the resumption of electrical
service, such consumer shall ~ay a further sum in the amount of I
Five (~5.00) Dollars as B condition precedent to the re-installatitn
of meter or meters and re-connection of wires and leads.
:3ect ion 6: REVISIO:: OJ;" R;.TES. -- 'l'hat the Common Counc il of the
Town of Jeward, Alaska, hereby reserves to itself the right to
modify, change, alter, amend, enlarge, diminish, or otherwise re-
vise the rates herein prescribed for electrical service to be fur-l
